A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
CONSENTING TO ACCEPT ~ND AWARD A
UTILITY EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA AND
JUAN GAVILAN; AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE ~YOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT; A COPY OF SAID
EASEMENT AGREEMENT BEING ATTACHED
HERETo ~S ExHiBiT "A"; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
Df the City oE Boynton Beach, Florida, that:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, hereby consents to accept and does award a
utility easement agreement for the purpose of operation and
maintenance of fire hydrant facilities between the City of
Boynton Beach and Juan Gavilan.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Utility Easement
Agreement.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
