A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
CONSENTING TO ACCEPT AND AWARD AN
EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA AND JUAN
GAVILAN; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT; A COPY OF SAID EASEMENT
AGREEMENT BEING ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission
9f the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
~oynton Beach, hereby consents to accept and does award an
easement agreement for the purpose of construction of a
sidewalk between the City of Boynton Beach and Juan
Gavilan.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk
authorized and directed to execute said Easement
are hereby
Agreement.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
