A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF SURETY
FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
THE PALM SHORES RECREATION AREA
WHEREAS,
is completed, and
WHEREAS, the water
testing to date, and
WHEREAS,
surety, and
WHEREAS,
construction of the aforementioned water system
system has passed all pertinent
the developer has requested release of
the developer has provided all necessary
easements and warranties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the surety bond requirement for the water system
improvements at The Palm Shores Recreation Area be released
in full, and the cash bond of ~20,788.90 be returned to the
developer.
