A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RECOMMENDED FEE STRUCTURE
FOR THE RACQUET CENTER, WHICH WAS
SUBMITTED AND APPROVED AS PART OF THE
RACQUET CENTER MASTER PLAN ON AUGUST 2,
1988; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the recommended fee structure attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" was presented to the Commission and
approved as part of the Racquet Center Master Plan at the
regular meeting of the City Commission held on August 2,
1988;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1.
That the Recommended Fee Structure as
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.

AGENCY-SUPPLIED INSTRUCTION
CONTRACTED SERVICES
Addendum A
The PROVIDER will reimburse the AGENCY for instructors' salaries
at the rate of 85 cents per student contact hour for training
delivered by a certified AGENCY employee, forthose AGENCIES having
a training staff conducting in-house training.
The AGENCY Aqrees to:
Provide a course outline for each course taught.
Provide appropriate State Department of Education teacher
certification coverage for each instructor who teaches more
than 160 hours.
Provide documentation for each class: student registration
forms and attendance rosters.
Provide evaluation of courses taught by AGENCY trainers upon
completion of each course.
Provide matriculation fees to the PROVIDER of 30 cents per
hour for Florida residents and 60 cents per hour for non-
residents.
SCHOOL BOARD SUPPLIED INSTRUCTION
PART-TIME PROGRAMS
Addendum B
AGENCIES requiring a School Board instructor to provide classroom
training will agree to:
Provide matriculation fees to the PROVIDER of 30 cents per
hour for Florida residents and 60 cents per hour for non-
residents.
