A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF SURETY
FOR POTABLE WATER AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
AT PUBLIX BOYNTON BEACH DISTRIBUTION CENTER
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water and
sewer systems is fully completed, and
WHEREAS, the water and sewer systems have passed all
pertinent-testing to date, and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested full release of
surety bond, and
WHEREAS, the sewer and water systems have operated
satisfactorily during the warranty period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the surety bond for the Publix Boynton Beach
Distribution Center potable water and sanitary sewer system
improvements be released in full, and the cash bond of
$49,970.80 be returned to the developer.
