APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR TARGET ~CIAL CENTER
LYING ~ THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP
45 SOLrfH~ RANGE 43 EAST, SITUATED WITHITq THE CITY OF
BOYhTfON BEACH, FLORIDA, IN PALM BEACH COUNTY
WHEREAS, surety in the amount of $628,603.60 is being held
according to City Ordinances to insure that subdivision improvements are
installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable requirements,
and,
WHEREAS, all fees including the $11,271.97 administration fee has
been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
CC~4ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received final plat
approval by the City Co~mission in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, with all
conditions previously agreed upon and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed
and adopted.
