A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO REMOVE AND/OR
REFUND ALL PENALTY FEES ASSOCIATED
WITH LATE PAYMENT OF 2002 OCCUPATIONAL
LICENSE RENEWAL; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, staff experienced computer software problems during the printing
of annual renewal notices, resulting in a number of notices not being generated in a
timely manner; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it to be in the best interest of the
and citizens of the City of Boynton Beach to accept the recommendation of staff
remove and/or refund all penalty fees associated with the late payment of 2002
Occupational License Renewal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and
as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution
adoption hereof.
SECTION 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
