A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING REDUCTION OF SURETY
FOR WATER AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE MINTO II (PLATINA) PROJECT
BY MINTO BUILDERS, INC.
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water and
sewer systems is predominately completed, and
WHEREAS, the water and sewer systems have passed all
pertinent testing to date, and
WHEREAS, the developer of record has requested establish-
ment of a reduced surety in the amount totaling $50,055, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the surety requirement for the Minto II (Platina)
project (main road and Village I portions) be reduced to
$50,055, said surety to be provided via letters of credit from
Barnett Bank of South Florida.
