AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING LOTS 87, 88 AND 89, CHERRY HILLS,
BOYNTON BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM ZONE R-1-A TO ZONE R-2; PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described parcels be and the same are
hereby rezoned from Zone R-1-A to Zone R-2:
Lois 87, 88 and 89, CHERRY HILLS, according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Pal~m Beach County, recorded in Plat Book 4,
Page 58.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any F
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflict herewith are he,by repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
