AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, TO WIT:
THE WESTERLY 115 FEET OF LOTS 32 AND 33 LAUREL
HILLS SECOND ADDITION FROM ZONE R.-1 TO ZONE
R-2A; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Thai the following described parcel is hereby rezoned
as follows:
The Westerly 115 feet of Lots 32 and 33 LAUREL HILLS
SECOND ADDITION, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 1,
public records Palm Beach County, Fkv~,
from^R-1 to Zone R-2A.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.

are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
..... but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repeali.ng,P. ,rp¥isions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective in
the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of lhe City
of Boynton Beach, Florida.
