AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY,
BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED
IN SAID MUNICIPALITY, TO WIT: Lois 20 and 21, BLOCK
1, BOYNTON PLACE, FROM ZONE R-1-A TO ZONE R-2;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Lots 20 and 21, Block 1, BOYNTON PLACE,
a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County,
Florida, recorded in public records Palm Beach County in Plat
Book 11, Page 40, are hereby rezoned from Zone R-1-A to
Zone R-2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separ.ability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portio~
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Rcpeali.n.g Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective in
the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
