COUNTY, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN-
AFTER; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE Ai~-D
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED ]BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Thai Lol 22, Block 2, BOYNTON PLACE, recorded in
Plat Book 11, Page 40, Palm Beach County Records, is hereby rezoned from
Zone R-1-A lo Zone R-2.
Subdivision of Lol 3 of
Seclion 2: Thai Lot 32J LAL~IART'S subd-iv'isiop, recorded in Plal
Book 10, Page 39, Palm Beach Counly Records, is hereby rezoned from Zone
R-1 to Zone
The Official Zoning Map of lhe Cily shall be amended accordingly.
Seciion 3: Separabilily: Each of lhe provisions of lhis Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, lhe remaining porlion shall nol be affecled bu~
shall remain in full force and effect.
Secli.~n ~4: Re.p. ealing Provisions: All ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflicl herewith are hereby repealed.
Seclion 5: Effeclive Dale: This Ordinance shall become effeclive
in lhe manner and al lhe time provided by the Charier and Ordinances of lhe
City of Boynlon Beach, Florida.
