AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REPEALING SECTION 17-51 AND 17-52 OF
THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO FILING OF REPORTS
BY GUN DEALERS; PROVIDING FOR .AUTHORITY TO
CODIFY, SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSt~S
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the provisions of Section 17-51 and Section 17-52
of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be hereby
repealed in their entirely.
Section 2: Authority to Codif,~. Specific aulhority is hereby
granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be
affecled but shall remain in full force and effecl.
Section 4: Repealin~ Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: Effective Dale: This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided in the charter and ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
