AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REPEALING ORDINANCE No. 68-19 OF SAID
CITY, PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
AUTHORITY TO CODIFY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA,:
Section 1: Thai Ordinance 68-19 of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, heretofore adopted by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
effective October 11, 1968, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence or sentences, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. ·
Section 3: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is ~eb~~ ~
gr ~ap~ ted
to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing C~de. ~
Section4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective-in
the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida.
