AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED
IN SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, WITHIN SAID CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, AND A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN SECTION
22, GOVERNMENT LOT 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE
43 EAST, PALM BEACH COUNTY, .WITHIN SAID CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, BOTH MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREINAFTER; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
Section 1: That the following described parcel of land is hereby
rezoned from Zone R1AA to Zone M-l:
West half (W½) of Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section 5,
Township 46 South, Range 43 East, Palm-Beach County,
Florida, less the South 1144.0 feet thereof and less the

that the following described parcel of land is hereby rezoned from Zone R3 to
Zone C-1:
A part of the North 205 feet of the South 370 feet of Government
Lot 3, Section 22, Township45 South, Range 43 East, more
~ particularly described as follows: Commencing at the lkYW corner
of the North 205 feet of the South 370 feet of said Government
3; thence run Easterly along the North line of said portion of
Gov. Lot 3, a distance of 425.57 feet; thence in a Southerly
direction al right angles to the preceding course a distance of
128.0 feet to the point of beginning of the following-described

preceding course a distance of 77.0 feet more or less to a point
in the North line of Lake Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 11,
Page 71, Palm Beach County, Florida, public records; thence

right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1, said point being in a

and a radius of 2914.93 feel, a distance of 56.60 feet to a point
of tangent; thence continue in a northerly direction along said
tangent a distance of 20.74 feet; thence in an Easterly direction
and parallel to said North line of South 370 feet a distance of
201.30 feet more or less to the point of beginning; less West 108.41
thereof.

Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance are
~eparable, including._~ord, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion her,
shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing l°rovisions: All ordinances or parts of
~rdinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
