AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY,
BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED
IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, WITHIN SAID CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOS;ES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That The East half (1/2) of Lot 12, Subdivision of
Section 33, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, less the South 175 feet thereof,~I
Palm Beach County, is hereby rezoned from Zone R-1AA to/~-3A.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability;_ Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repe. aling Prgvisions: Ali ordinances or parts of ordinan, es
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordimnce shall become effective in
the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
