AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED
IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, WITHIN SAID CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That certain parcel of land located in Section 29,
South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, (See attached description) is
rezoned from Zone R-1AA to Zone R-3A.* The Official Zoning Map of
City shall be amended accordingly. ~Sub~ect ~ ~er'rn~ ~nt~ conditions set
y City Planning and Zoning Board at its meeting of November 3, 1969.
Seclion 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
~re separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
~eof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affecied
Put shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
~rdinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Dale: This Ordinance shall become effective in
he mariner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the City
if Boynlon Beach, Florida.
