AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING LOTS 18 THROUGH 25, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK
7, LAKE ADDITION, PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 71, PALM
BEACH COUNTY RECORDS, WITHIN SAID CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS
CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22, Block 7, LAKE
ADDITION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 71,
Palm Beach County Records, be and the same are hereby rezoned from Zone
R-IA to Zone R-3.
That Lots 23, 24 and 25, Block 7, LAKE ADDITION, according
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 71, Palm Beach County
Records, be and the same are hereby rezoned from Zone R-2 to Zone
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: jFhis Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charier and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
