AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED
IN NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 32,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, WITHIN SAID CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, RE-
PEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTOI~-
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That certain parcel of land located in the
of Section 32, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, (See
attached description), is hereby rezoned from Zone R-1AA to Zone R-2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
