AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, A_MENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING LOTS 27 AND 28, BOYNTONBOROUGH
SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 174, PALM BEACH
COUNTY RECORDS, WITHIN SAID CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED' BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: Lot 27 and Lot 28, BOYNTONBOROUGH SUBDIVISION,
City of Boynton Beach, Floridq,are hereby rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone
R-3A.
The Official Zoning Map of the Cily shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance are
separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective in
the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
