O69-26 ORDINANCE NO. 69-~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FIXING A TAX RATE AND LEVYING TAXES FOR THE USE AND SUPPORT OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID MUNI- CIPALITY BY MAKING A TAX LEVY FOR THE GENERAL EXPENSE, CITY PUBLICITY AND INTEREST AND SINKING FUND REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1969, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1970, AND APPORTIONING EACH LEVY FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied and there shall be collected for the use and support of the municipal government of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida~ and to provide for city publicity and Interest and Sinking Fund requirements for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1969, and ending September 30, 1970, upon all property real, personal~ and mixed, Within the corporate limits of said City subject to taxation as follows, said tax being so levied and apportioned to the specific pur- poses herein set forth: DISBURSEMENTS OF AD VALOREM TAX LEVY FOR 1969-1970 REQUIREMENT MILLS ASSESSED VALUATION 100% YIELD General Fund 8.71 73,648,033 (non exempt) 614,544 Refunding .32 94,247,253 29,161 I & S Fund .27 73,648,033 19,226 Publicity .38 73,648,033 27,059 9.68 689,990 SECTION 2: Ail monies collected under this ordinance for the specific items herein named be and the same are hereby appropriated and set apart for the specific purposes indicated in each item. Ail receipts for the City not specifically apportioned by this ordinance are hereby made payable to the General Fund of the City. SECTION 3: This ordinance is an ordinance fixing the tax rate and ma a tax levy for the General Expense, City Publicity and Interest and Sinking Fund requirements upon the indebtedness of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1969, and ending September 30, 1970.
