AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON I~EACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL LOCATED IN SECTION 27 &
SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST,
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER; PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA;
Section 1: The following parcel is hereby rezoned as follows:
The South half (1/2) of the Southeast one-quarter (1/4) of
the Southeast one-quarter (1/4) of Section 28, Township 45
South, Range 43 East, and the South one-half (1/2) Of the
Soulhwest one- quarter (1 / 4) of the Southwest one- quarter
(1/4) of Section 27, Township 45 South, Range 43 East,
lying West of the Florida East Coast Canal right-of-way,
less the North 318.5 feet thereof and less the South 50 feet
lhereof, and less the West 300 feet lhereof, to be rezoned
from Zone R1AA to Zone C-1.
The official Zoning Map of lhe City shall be amended accordingly.
Seclion 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
bul shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ~rdinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
