AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING THREE CERTAIN PARCELS LOCATED WITHIN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON I~EACH, FLORIDA, MORE PARTI-
CULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER; PROVIDING --
FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following parcels are hereby rezoned and/or zoned
as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1: Lot 3 and the North 40 feet of Lot 4, Block 1
(less highway right of way), LAKE ADDITION, a subdivision of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florid
in Plat Book 11, Page 71, to be rezoned from Zone C-1 to Zone C-2.
PARCEL NO. 2.- Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 1, CIVIC CENTER
SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book 12, Page 68,
and the South 162.2 feet of the NW 1./4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 22, Township
45 South, Range 43 East, less West 167 feet thereof, to be rezoned from Z.
R-2 to Zone R-3.
PARCEL NO. 3: Lot 2, Block 1, MEEKS & ANDREWS ADDITION,
a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plat
thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book 5, Page 84, to be rezoned from
Zone Ril to Zone R-2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separab~ht.y: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portio~
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affect ed
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
