AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING LOT 2, BLOCK 2, MEEKS AND ANDREWS
· SUBDIVISION, BOYNTON BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM ZONE R-1 to ZONE R2A; PROVIDING
FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTITER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORD~INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described parcel shall be rezoned from
Zone R-1 to Zone R-2A:
Lot 2, Block 2, MEEKS AND ANDREWS SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof on file in the office of lhe
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 84.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Rep_ealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: T~is Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charier and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
