FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID
CITY BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER, LOCATED
IN SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST,
BOYNTON BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FROM RESIDENTIAL ZONE R-1AA TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
ZONING; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEAC]
FLORIDA:
Seclion 1: The following described parcel is hereby rezoned from
zoning R- 13kA lo authorize light industrial useage:
The South 1,144.0 feel of the Southwesl Quarter (SW ~) of
the Norlhwesl Quarler (NW ~) of Section 5, Township 46
South, Range 43 Easl, Palm Beach Counly, Florida; LESS
the Soulh 330.0 feel thereof and LESS lhe Wesl 53.0 feel
lhereof.
The Cily Council reserves the righl lo approve building and
evelopment plans prior lo commencement of utilization of subjec~ tracl by
)whet.
The Official Zoning Map of lhe Cily shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separabilily: Each of the provisions of lhis Ordinance
separable, including word, clause, phrase or senlence, and if any portion
shall be declared invalid, lhe remaining portion shall not be affecled but
~hall remain in full force and effecl.
Seclion 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or paris of
rdinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Seclion 4: Effective Dale: This Ordinance shall become effective
the manner and al lhe time provided b y the Charier and Ordinances of lhe
of Boynlon Beach, Florida.
