A RESOLUTION' OF THE-CITY OF-BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, RELEASING THE CASH BOND FOR LANDSCAPING
FOR HUNTERS RUN ESSEX POD I
WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $13,105.40 for
landscaping improvements was posted by Hunters Run Construction
Company, Inc. in connection with an agreement dated October 9,
1989.
WHEREAS, all work in connection with the landscaping
improvements has been satisfactorily completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the cash bond posted for landscaping improvements in
the amount of $13,105.40 be returned to Hunters Run Construction
Company, Inc.
