A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF SURETY
FOR WATER IMPROVEMENTS FOR
A LITTLE DUDE RANCH, LOCATED AT
7053 HIGH RIDGE ROAD
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water
system is fully completed, and
WHEREAS, the water system has passed all pertinent
testing to date, and
WHEREAS, the owner has requested release of surety
bond, and
WHEREAS, the owner has furnished the City with all
necessary easements, warranties and releases of lien,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the surety bond requirement for A Little Dude
Ranch be released in full, and the cash bond in the amount
of ~13,860 be returned to the owner.
