A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RECOGNIZING
THE MANY SERVICES AND TALENTS OF JAMES ROBERT
WOLF AND URGING HIS APPOINTMENT TO FLORIDA'S
FIRST DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL.
WHEREAS, James Robert Wolf has served the cities of Florida
for the past seven years as General Counsel of the Florida League of
Cities; and
WHEREAS, during this period he has demonstrated outstanding
diligence and competency in handling many complex legal issues; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wolf has been honored on numerous occasions by
his fellow workers and peers for outstanding services and dedicated
leadership; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wolf has demonstrated the highest level of per-
sonal integrity and has an unblemished record of excellent legal ser-
vices, outstanding legislative representation and impeccable standards
of excellence in his courtroom and administrative tribunal presen-
tations; and
WHEREAS, James Robert Wolf has received a nomination to serve
on Florida's First District Court of Appeal by the Judicial Nominating
Con~nittee; and
WHEREAS, such nomination is now pending appointment by the
Honorable Bob Martinez, Governor of the State of Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. That said James Robert Wolf is enthusiastically
and without reservation endorsed to serve in the Judiciary of the
State of Florida.
Section 2. That Governor Martinez is hereby respectfully
requested to select James Robert Wolf to serve on the First District
Court of Appeal of the State of Florida.
