1 & 2 AS PREVIOUSLY SHOWN IN CURRENT PAL~
BEACH COUNTY RECORDS, PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 48 thru
51 INCLUSIVE AND LY/NG IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 46
SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, SITUATED WITHIN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, property boundary lines of a portion of Sun, nit, Plat 1
have been changed, and,
WHEREAS, the replat does not involve additional improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
OOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat is hereby resolved to have received
final plat approval by the City .Con~nission in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject subdivision is
hereby affirmed and adopted.
