WHEREAS, Performance Bonds by Fidelity and Deposit Company of
Maryland, as listed below:
Paving and Drainage
Water Distribution System
Sewer Collection System
were posted for the construction of required
$47,302.00
$13,760.00
$22,265.00
improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed and a one year
guarantee letter from the Developer and a certification letter frem the Design
Engineer have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMuIISSION OF THE CITY
DF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Performance Bonds in the amounts of $47,302.00, $13,760.00
~nd $22,265.00 are hereby released.
