Chair Joseph called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.
IL Roll Call/Determination of a Quorum
Ms. Joseph announced the Committee did not meet quorum requirements; therefore, the meeting was cancelled.
She then stated that Mr. Ramirez would reschedule the meeting sometime in January.
III. Public Audience Comments on 2021 AHAC Report
Comments Limit to 3 Minutes per Person
IV. Vote on the adoption of incentives recommendations of the 2021 AHAC Report to be submitted to the
City Commission, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, and Florida Housing Coalition. Vote Required
V. Adjournment
