GENERAL NOTES Delta Fire Sprinklers, Inc. to relocate 22 and add 4 sprinklers as indicated on plan to new ceiling locations due to the tenant modifications. The fire sprinkler system to be designed in accordance with NFPA 13 2010 Edition for Light Hazard Occupancies and the Florida Building Code. The design criteria for all areas is 0.10 density over 1500 square feet with 100 GPM hose allowance at test unless reduced by NEPA 13. Building construction is non combustible with barjoists and metal deck (See section detail). All pipe and fittings to be black steel. Mains to be Sch. 10 and branchlines black Sch. 40 or XL. All hangers to be spaced in accordance to manufacturer's specifications and NFPA 13. Fire sprinkler pipe to be supported with Concrete Drop in Anchors. All existing control valves to be properly identified and electronically supervised per NFPA 13. All materials to be UL listed and/or Factory Mutual approved for fire protection service. All underground piping is existing. No underground work is included in scope of work. All painting of pipe and electrical wiring of devices to be done by others. NFPA 13 2010 Edition, Chapter 24 Section 24.1.6 states that "modifications that cannot be isolated, such as relocated drops, shall not require testing in excess of system working pressure". See sprinkler legend for descriptions. Maintenance of the fire sprinkler system is the responsibility of the owner. A copy of NFPA 25 will be provided upon completion of the project. All work installed by Delta Fire Sprinklers Inc. is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date the equipment is placed in service.
