A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~SSION OF THE CITY OF
BOiIYION BEACH, FLORIDA, ABANDONING A TWELVE (12) FOOT
BY TWENTY (20) FOOT DRAINAGE EAS~ (BOYNTON BEACH
DISTRIBtIfION CENTER); SAID PROPERTY BEING MORE PARTIC-
ULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN~ AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR A_ND
CITY CI,VRK TO EXECI~E A DISCLA_IMER FOR SAID EASEMIIff;
PROVIDING THAT THE ATTACHED DISCLAIMER BE RECORDED IN
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,,
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; ~ FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Pruitt & Pruitt, P.A., as agents for owner of said
property, has requested the abandonment of the hereinafter described twelve (12)
foot by twenty (20) foot drainage easement; and
WHEREAS, co~nents have been solicited from the appropriate City
Departn~nts; and
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held before the City's Planning
and Zoning Board and the City Commission on the proposed abandonment; and
WHEREAS, based on the foregoing information, the said easement no
longer serves any useful purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CON~4ISSION OF THE CITY
DF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1: The City of Boynton Beach, Florida, by and through its
2ity Cc~nission, does hereby abandon a certain twelve (12) foot by twenty (20)
loot drainage easement, located in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, to wit~
The 12 foot by 20 foot drainage easement as shown
along the southerly portion of the easterly boundary
of lot 19, "Boynton Beach Distribution Center",
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 47, Pages 100 and 101 of the current public
records of Palm Beach, Florida, containing 240
square feet, more or less
SectiOn 2: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
iirected to execute and deliver the attached Disclaimer and cause the same to be
filed in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect i~mediately upon
passage.
