A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
~ING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BOYNTON LAKES,
PLAT NO. 3C, AS RECORDED IN CURRENT PALM BEACH
COUNI~ RECORDS, PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 121 and 122
WHEREAS, a Paving, Drainage and Street Lighting Bond by Fidelity
and Deposit Company of Maryland in the amount of $72,027.00 was posted for the
construction of required improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed and a one year
guarantee letter from the Developer and a certification letter from the Design
Engmneer have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Paving, Drainage and Street Lighting Bond in the amount of
$72,027.00 is hereby released.
