A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BOYNTON LAKES,
PLAT NO.3C, AS RECORDED IN CURRENT PALM BEACH COUNTY
RECORDS, PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 121 and 122
WHEREAS, a Water Distribution and Sewage Collection Systems Bond
by Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland in the amount of $67,882.00 was
posted for the construction of required improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily cc~pleted and a one year
guarantee letter from the Developer and a certification letter frcmtheDesign
Engineer have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CON~ISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Water Distribution and Sewage Collection Systems Bond' in
the amount of $67,882.00 is hereby released.
