A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RELEASING THE PERFO~V~NCE BOND FOR BOYNTON LAKES,
PLAT NO.3B, AS RECORDED IN CUP~ PAIxM BEACH COUNTY
RECORDS, PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 56 and 57
WHEREAS, a Private Recreational~ 'Area Bond by Fidelity and DepOsit
Company of Maryland in the amount of $100,000.00 was pOsted for the
construction of required improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed and a one year
guarantee letter from the Developer and a certification letter from the Design
Engineer have been received.
Nf~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CC~qISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Private Recreational Area Bond in the amount of
$100,000.00 is hereby released.
