A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BOYNTON LAKES,
PLAT NO.3B, AS RECORDED IN CURRENT PAI/M BEACH COUNTY
RECORDS, PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 56 and 57
WHEREAS, a Paving and Drainage Bond by Fidelity and Deposit Cc~%oany
of Maryland in the amount of $78,766.00 w~s posted for the construction of
required improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed and a one year
guarantee letter frc~the Develqoer and a certification letter fmc~ the Design
Engineer have been received.
NOW, 5lqEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM~tISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Paving and Drainage Bond in the amount of $78,766.00 is
hereby released.
