A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
R~.~.ASING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BOYNTON LAKES r
PLAT NO.3A, AS RECORDED IN CURRENT PALM BEACH COUNTY
RECORDS, PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 103 and 104
WHEREAS, a Sewage Collection System Bond by Fidelity and Deposit
Company of Maryland in the amount of $2,000.00 was posted for the construction
of required improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed and a one year
guarantee letter frc~ the Developer and a certification letter from the Design
Engineer have been received.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ODMvLISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Sewage Collection System Bond in the amount of $2,000.00
is hereby released.
