RELEASING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BOYNTON LAKE~,
PLAT NO.3A, AS RECORDED IN CURRENT PALM BEACH COUNTY
RECORDS, PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 103 and 104
WHEREAS, a Water Distributuion System Bond by Fidelity and Deposit
Cc~pany of Maryland in the amount of $1,500~00 ~was posted for the construction
of required improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed and a one year
guarantee letter from the Developer and a certification letter from the Design
Engineer have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE,~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITYCOplv~ISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Water Distribution System Bond in the amount of $1,500.00
is hereby released.
