PLAT NO. 3A, AS RECORDED IN CI/RR~YE PAhM BEACH COUNTY
RECORDS, PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 103 and 104
WHEREAS, a Paving and Drainage Bond by Fidelity and Deposit Compan~
of Maryland in the amount of $30~!35.20 w-as posted for the construction of
required improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed and a one year
guarantee letter from the Developer and a certification letter from the Design
Engineer have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Paving and Drainage Bond in the amount of $30,135.20 is
hereby released.
