A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REI,F. AS/NG THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BOYNTON LAKES,
PLAT NO.3, AS RECORDED IN CURRENT PALM BEACH COUNTY
RECORDS, PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 121 and 122
WHEREAS, a Performance Bond by Fidelity and Deposit Company of
Maryland in the amount of $30,898.13 was posted for the construction of
required improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily ccmpleted and a one year
guarantee letter from the Developer and a certification letter from the Design
Engineer have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CONIMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
released.
That the Performance Bond in the amount of $30,898.13 is hereby
