A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY~SSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE ACCEPTANCE OF LETTERS OF CREDIT RELATED
TO DEVELO~ WITHIN SHOPPES OF WOOLBRIGHT
P.C.D.
WHEREAS, letters of credit in the amount of $179,000.00 are
being held according to City Ordinances to ensure that certain
improvements are completed and paid for in accordance with ~pplicable
requirements; and,
~, a letter of credit specifically for the amount of
$179,000.00 is being held for construction of the required Sewage
Flow Re-routing for said planned commercial development; and,
WHEREAS, the administration fee of $3,254.20 in payment for
administrative and inspection services, has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE
CITY OF POYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA;
That it hereby accepts such letter of credit in the amount of
$179,000.00 as referenced above, and attached hereto and made a part
by reference.
