A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH~ FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A LEYTER OF
CREDIT RELATED TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE SHOPPES OF WOOLBRIGHT
P.C.D.
WHEREAS, a letter of credit in the amount of $187,000.00 is being
held according to City Ordinances to ensure that certain improvements
are completedandpaid for in accordance with applicable requirements;
WHEREAS, a letter of credit specifically for the amount of $187,000.00
is being held for construction of off-site water distribution and sewage
collection systems related to said planned con~ercial develot~nent; and,
WHEREAS, the administration fee of $3,740.00 in payment for inspection
and administrative services has been received.
NOW, THI1REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA;
That it hereby accepts such letter of credit in the amount of $187,000.00
as referenced above, and attached hereto and made apart by reference.
