90-QRESOLUTION NO. 90~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY FOR WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LITTLE DUDE RANCH
AT 3520 OLD BOYNTON ROAD
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water and
sewer systems are completed, and
WHEREAS, the water and sewer systems have passed all
pertinent testing to date, and
WHEREAS, the owner has requested establishment of a
reduced surety bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the surety bond requirement for The Little Dude
Ranch be reduced to $13,860.00.
