A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
RE~.KASING THE CASH ROADWAY RESTORATION BOND R~.AT/NG
TO A HAUL PERMIT FOR IMPORTATION OF SO¥1~q AT SHOPPES
OF BOYNTON SITUATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF QUANTUM
BOULEVARD AND CONGRESS AVENUE
WHEREAS, a cash Roadway Restoration Bond in the amount of $11000.00
was posted on January 26, 1990 to the City of Boynton Beach as suitable surety
for roadway restoration as a means of mitigating roadway damage due to soil
hauling operations at Shoppes of Boynton, and,
WHEREAS, the haul work has been completed without damage to off-
site roadway areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the cash Restoration Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 posted
for the haul permit for the above named site is hereby released.
