A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~
FLORIDA~ RELEASING THE BALANCE OF THE CASH
BOND FOR LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION FOR
BOYNTON LAKES NORTH, PLATS 4~ 5~ AND 6.
WHEREASf cash bonds in the amount of $5,000 for landscaping
)rovements and $17~000 for an irrigation system were posted by
~utheast Development Enterprises~ Inc~ in connection with an
reement dated December 8, 1988.
WHEREAS~ upon partial completion of improvements $15~000 of
.ese cash bonds was returned in June of i959.
WHEREAS~ all work in connection with the irrigation system
landscaping improvements has been satisfactorily completed.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
IITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
That the balance of the cash bonds posted for landscaping
improvements and an irrigation system in the amount of $7~000 be
returned to Southeast Development Enterprises~ inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THiS ~ day of ~_~ ~ 1990.
