A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
APPROVING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY FOR WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS FOR SUNNY SOUTH ESTATES, PHASE II.
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned water and sewer
systems are completed; and
WHEREAS, the water and sewer systems have passed all pertinent
testing to date; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested establishment of a reduced
surety bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the surety bond requirement for Sunny South
Estates, Phase II be reduced to $4,655.43, said amount to be furnished via
a substitute performance bond to be held by the City until all on-site
improvements are completed.
