Virtual audience must raise hand virtually while in person audience is speaking. Once virtual public audience starts, hand raising will be disabled in GoTo Webinar. IV. ADJOURNMENT NOTICE TWO OR MORE MEMBERS OF THE RECREATION AND PARKS ADVISORY BOARD MAY BE PRESENT. TWO OR MORE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COMMISSION MAY BE PRESENT.
