RESOLUTION NO. R22-050
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING VICE MAYOR ANGELA CRUZ AS A REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AGENCY (F/K/A
METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION), AND APPOINTING
COMMISSIONER WOODROW HAY AS ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AGENCY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled to
representation on the Transportation Planning Agency; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for such
representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right and honor of
service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true
and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
appoints Vice Mayor Angela Cruz as a representative to the Transportation Planning Agency and
appoints Commissioner Woodrow Hay as alternate representative to the Transportation
Planning Agency.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
