A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-UU SECTION
10: TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR
RELATED TO THE THE AMOUNT APPROPRIATED
TO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY/COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DEPARTMENT
BUDGET.
WHEREAS, Resolution 89-UU adopting final budgets for
the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1989, and ending
September 30, 1990 was duly adopted on September 26, 1989,
and
W~F. REAS, said Resolution contained a scrivener's error
with regard to the amount appropriated to the Community
Redevelopment Agency/Community Improvement Department
budget; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
That Section 10 of Resolution 89-UU is
hereby amended by adding the words and figures in underlined
type and by deleting the words and figures in struck through
type as follows:
Section 10: That there is hezeby
appropriated the sum of

of operating expenses and necessary
capital outlays.
Section 2. That each and every other provision of
Ordinance No. 89-UU not herein specifically amended, shall
remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
